What does civil site management software do?

It records and monitors on-site activity — daily logs, manpower, materials, inspections, and geo-tagged progress photos — in one place, giving management a real-time view of every site without paper diaries or WhatsApp updates.

Does it work without internet on remote sites?

Yes. The mobile app is offline-first. Attendance, daily logs, and photos are captured on the device without a connection and sync automatically when signal returns.

Can supervisors use it on mobile in Hindi?

Yes. ProjectSathi is built for site supervisors with a mobile-first interface and Hindi and English support, so the people in the field can actually use it.

Does it generate a daily progress report (DPR)?

Yes. Daily site logs roll up into a consolidated daily progress report across all sites, so management sees progress without waiting for manual weekend reports.

Civil site management software lets contractors record and monitor on-site activity — daily logs, manpower, materials, inspections, and progress photos — from one place. It replaces paper site diaries and scattered WhatsApp updates with a timestamped, geo-tagged record that management can see in real time.

Daily site logs and the DPR, captured from the field

Supervisors submit a daily site diary — manpower deployed, materials received, work completed, weather, and blockers — directly from the mobile app. Management gets a consolidated daily progress report across every site without waiting for weekend summaries.

Geo-tagged photo evidence for EOT and claims

Every log entry can carry geo-stamped, timestamped photos stored against the project timeline. When you need to substantiate an extension-of-time claim or a delay caused by weather or client-side hold, the evidence is already organised by site and date.

Manpower and attendance on site

Mark worker attendance with a geo-stamp and photo from the app — even offline. Headcount per site feeds straight into payroll and into the management dashboard, so you always know who is on which site today.

Material and inventory tracking per site

Track stock per site and per material with consumption velocity, raise material requests from the field, and get reorder alerts before you run out — not after work has already stopped.

Works offline, syncs when signal returns

Indian sites are often in low- or no-connectivity locations. ProjectSathi's mobile app is offline-first: check-ins, logs, and photos are queued on the device and sync automatically the moment a signal is available.
