Does it work offline at remote sites?

Yes. The mobile app caches site data locally and syncs when you're back online. Attendance, photo uploads, and daily logs all work without signal. Built for sites where 4G isn't a given.

Payroll on Growth and Enterprise plans handles all statutory deductions and generates compliance reports out of the box. We update slabs and rates as the law changes — you don't have to.

How long does onboarding take?

Onboarding is sized to your plan: 2 weeks on Starter (one site at a time), 4 weeks on Growth (multi-site rollout), and 6–8 weeks on Enterprise (dedicated team + legacy data migration). It's included in the annual fee — never billed separately.

Can my client view project progress without a login?

What if I outgrow my plan mid-year?

Extra sites or users are billed at our published add-on rate (₹50,000/site/year and ₹2,000/user/year, pro-rated). You can also upgrade plans anytime and we credit the difference. Most teams move from Starter to Growth around their 4th active site.

How does the billing work?

Every plan is an annual agreement, billed in four equal quarterly invoices. The first invoice is raised when you sign; Q2, Q3, and Q4 invoices are raised 7 days before each quarter begins. You pay against the invoice by NEFT, UPI, or RTGS.

ProjectSathi is the system of record for your sites — onboarding takes 2–8 weeks, and the value compounds over months. Annual agreements let us invest in your rollout, dedicate the right people, and skip month-to-month billing overhead. It's also what most contractors prefer for capex planning.

Can I cancel mid-year?

Accepted Answer

You can give notice anytime; the remainder of the current quarter is honoured and the next quarterly invoice isn't raised. We don't claw back paid quarters. We'll help you export your data within 30 days of termination.

Is there a discount for multi-year agreements?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Growth plans get up to 8% off on 2-year commitments. Enterprise plans get up to 15% on 2–3 year agreements. Talk to sales for an exact quote.

What if I cross my plan limits mid-year?

Extra active sites are billed at ₹50,000/site/year (pro-rated); extra users at ₹2,000/user/year. We notify you before the next quarterly invoice — no surprise charges. You can also upgrade your plan and we'll credit the difference.

Do you accept purchase orders?

Yes. Most of our Enterprise customers raise a PO against our annual proposal. We invoice quarterly against the PO. Standard payment terms are net-15 from invoice date.

Onboarding is included in every plan: 2 weeks for Starter, 4 weeks for Growth, 6–8 weeks for Enterprise. It covers workflow mapping, data migration (Excel, Tally), supervisor training, and the first site going live with our team alongside yours.
