ProjectSathi exists because Indian civil contractors deserved better than spreadsheets, WhatsApp, and tools designed for someone else's industry.
Why we built it
The spreadsheet problem no one was solving.
Most construction software is built for global EPC firms with seven-figure IT budgets. It treats Indian mid-size contractors as an afterthought — too small for a sales call, too messy for a generic project tool.
We saw teams running ₹50-crore projects on Excel sheets passed around WhatsApp groups. Site supervisors marking attendance on paper because the app needed signal that wasn’t there. Accountants copying BOQ numbers into Tally by hand because the two systems didn’t talk.

How we build.
Built with site teams, not against them
Every workflow in ProjectSathi was shaped by a real supervisor, accountant, or PM telling us what was broken. We ship features that earn their place on the screen.
Indian compliance is a feature, not a configuration
PF, ESI, PT, TDS, GST — these aren't bolt-ons. They're part of how Indian contractors run. We handle them by default so you don't have to think about them.
Offline is the default, not the fallback
Site supervisors don't care about your cloud uptime. They need attendance to mark when 4G isn't around. So we made the mobile app work without it.
Boring software is a love letter to your team
We don't reinvent how attendance, BOQ, or payroll work. We make them faster, less error-prone, and impossible to lose. Boring is the goal.
