Definitions

These Terms govern your use of ProjectSathi (the “Service”), operated by Aryavrut Pvt Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.

Your account

You’re responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your credentials safe. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the Service to do anything illegal, infringing, or harmful. Don’t attempt to reverse-engineer the Service, probe for vulnerabilities without our written permission, or use it to send spam.

Your data

You retain ownership of all data you put into the Service. We process it only to provide the Service to you, in line with our Privacy Policy. You can export it any time.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance — monthly or annually — and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Starter and Growth plans. Enterprise contracts are governed by their individual agreements.

Service availability

We work hard to keep the Service available and fast, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance is announced in advance.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these Terms

We’ll notify you of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that means you accept the new Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of [LEAVE_AS_PLACEHOLDER].
