ProjectSathi is operated by Aryavrut, a software company based in Himachal Pradesh, India, with offices in Chandigarh, Delhi NCR, Jaipur, Kota and Gorakhpur. For data-protection inquiries, including requests for our registration details, write to privacy@projectsathi.org or info@aryavrut.com.
The rest of this document refers to the operating entity as “we,” “us,” or “the Company.”
What we collect
We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, email, company, and the project data you input into the Service. We also collect usage data: pages visited, features used, device and browser information, and IP address.
How we use your data
We use your data to operate, maintain, and improve the Service; to communicate with you about your account; to provide customer support; and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
How we share your data
We share data only with service providers strictly necessary to run the Service (hosting, email delivery, payment processing). Each is contractually bound to protect your data and use it only on our instructions.
Data retention
We retain account data for the duration of your subscription and up to 90 days after termination, unless a longer period is required by law. You may export or delete your data at any time from your account settings.

Security
We encrypt data in transit and at rest, run regular vulnerability scans, and restrict access to production systems on a least-privilege basis. No system is perfectly secure — if a breach affects your data, we’ll notify you in line with applicable law.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. Analytics cookies (where used) are first-party and aggregated.
Changes to this policy
We’ll post material changes here and notify active customers by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
