Every project, stage by stage, with the studio's work on one board.

Each project carries its client, type (residential, commercial or interior), brief, plot size and road-facing side, budget and agreed fee. It moves through the six Council of Architecture stages — Concept, Schematic design, Design development, Working drawings, Tender and Site supervision — and the fee is split across those stages so you know what to bill next. The studio's work sits on a Kanban board: drag a card from To do to In progress, Review and Done.

What’s inside

5 built-in sub-features

Every capability ships with the module. Nothing charged separately.

01

Project list

Every project with client, type, stage, status and budget — active, on hold, completed or archived.

02

Work stages

Concept, Schematic design, Design development, Working drawings, Tender and Site supervision, in order. Move a project to the next stage when the work is signed off.

03

Fee by stage

The agreed professional fee split by stage (for example 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 / 5 / 25 per cent), so each stage invoice is already worked out.

04

Task board

To do, In progress, Review and Done columns. Drag a card to move it; assign it, give it a due date and see what's overdue.

05

Project brief

Plot width and length, plot area, road-facing side and the brief ("3BHK", "G+1 clinic") — the same details the floor-plan generator reads.

How it works

From first login to running in days, not months.

1

Set up the project

Pick the client and type, enter the brief, plot size, road side, budget and fee. The fee splits across the six stages.

2

Work the board

Break the stage into tasks and drag each card from To do to In progress, Review and Done.

3

Move to the next stage

When the stage is signed off, move the project on — the next stage's fee is ready to invoice.
